Which wax do you use?
We use a wax blend, made primarily from coconut and soy, ensures a smooth and even burn that you can enjoy with confidence.

Do your candles contain any harmful chemicals?
No, our candles are free from harmful chemicals, phthalates, parabens, and other toxic additives. We use non-toxic ingredients to ensure a clean and safe burn.

Are your candles vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our candles are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use any animal products or test on animals.

What types of wicks do you use in your candles?
We use high-quality, non-toxic cotton wicks that are free from lead and zinc. Our wicks are designed to provide a consistent and clean burn.

How long do your candles burn?
The burn time varies depending on the size of the candle. On average, our candles burn for 45 up to 90 hours.

Do your candles have a strong scent throw?
The scent throw of our candles varies based on the fragrance. Stronger scents like spices, woods, or citrus will have a more pronounced throw, while softer fragrances like florals may be subtler. This difference is due to the way certain fragrance molecules diffuse when heated. Each candle is designed to provide an enjoyable aroma, but some scents naturally have a stronger or gentler presence.

What should I do if my candle tunnels?
If your candle tunnels, try burning it for longer periods (at least 3-4 hours) to allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface. Make sure the wick is centered and properly trimmed.

Are your candles suitable for people with allergies or sensitivities?
Our candles are crafted with high-quality, vegan, and cruelty-free ingredients, using a wax blend made primarily from coconut and soy, non-toxic cotton wicks and phthalate-free fragrance oils. However, fragrance sensitivity can vary from person to person. We recommend that individuals with allergies or sensitivities test our candles in a well-ventilated space first and choose softer scents to ensure a comfortable experience. If you have specific fragrance allergies, please review our scent descriptions or consult with a healthcare professional before use.

What is the proper way to trim the wick?
Before each burn, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch to prevent soot and ensure a steady flame. Regularly trimming the wick helps the candle burn cleanly and evenly.

Candle Care & Usage:

How should I burn my candle for the first time?
For the first burn, allow the candle to melt across the entire surface to create an even burn pool. This can take 3-4 hours depending on the size of the candle.

How do I ensure an even burn?
To ensure an even burn, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use, and let the candle burn long enough, 3-4 hours maximum for the wax to melt edge to edge each time.

What is the recommended burn time for each session?
We recommend burning your candle for 3 to 4 hours maximum per session. This helps achieve a full melt pool and prevents tunneling.

How do I prevent soot from forming on my candle container?
Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn, and keep the candle away from drafts. Proper wick maintenance helps reduce soot formation.

Can I reuse the candle containers after the candle has burned out?
Yes, our candle containers are reusable! Simply clean out any remaining wax and wick residue, and you can repurpose it for storage, as a planter, or as a decorative piece.
